After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at The Back Porch, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
