After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at the Orchard House Retreat, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

You will have access to all areas of the house and yard except the garage and a few other locked storage areas.

We are always available to answer questions or for information about the area.

Country feel with Kohler Andre walking trails across the street and Kohler Andre State Park just down the road!

Disclosure: There is a Ring Cam at located at the back home entry door facing the driveway and fire pit area to monitor quantity of vehicles.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
