Please note: Maple Street House does not have central air conditioning. The main floor generally has good airflow from ample windows, and window units are available for the three bedrooms upstairs.

After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at the Maple Street House, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

There is a Nest Camera, which records video and sound, located at the back door covering the Driveway area, which is used to communicate with folks such as delivery drivers. It is also used to ensure guest capacity and the four car max rule is followed.

One dog is allowed with pet fee of 55lbs or less.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
